Vermont Golden Dome and GMBA
The Vermont Golden Dome Book Award (VGD for short) and GMBA (Green Mountain Book Award) are awarded each spring by Vermont students who read from books on the lists and vote for their favorite. Below are the lists for 2020- 2021 By clicking on the images below you can also go to our catalog to see the books' covers, read a brief description about them, and see if a copy is available for checkout. All of the books will be on display in the library for the entire school year.
VT Golden Dome 2022 - 2023:
For grades 7 - 8. You need to read at least 5 of the books listed below to be able to vote for your favorite in April 2023. Use our handy checklist or a "punch card" to keep track of which ones you have read and how much you liked them. NOTE: There are only 25 books on the list this year instead of 30.
